"L'hôtel" is a beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath villa in the gorgeous community of Alys Beach. Surrounded on two sides by pristine parkland, the home is located across the street from the breathtaking Caliza Pool and Restaurant and an easy 7 minute walk to The Beach Green, Alys Beach's new private beach access. Whether swimming at Caliza Pool, playing frisbee in Central Park, strolling around the serene paths of Lake Marilyn and the Nature Preserve, or just sitting back and enjoying a cocktail while your guests swim in the villa's private pool, we know "L'hôtel" will provide the perfect backdrop for your family's next holiday. 

The kitchen has an open floor plan and features top-of-the-line appliances, an island with seating for three, and a dining banquette that can seat over 10 for your large family gatherings. The bright and open living room has a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV & DVD with surround sound throughout the home. Just steps away, through large French doors, is the beautiful private courtyard complete with dining banquette, sparkling deep blue bottom pool and fountain, and plenty of outdoor seating for lounging and relaxing. The first floor also features a one bedroom suite with a queen sized bed with full private bath, bright entry gallery and a cozy reading nook, the perfect place to catch up on emails or enjoy some quite reading.  

Located on the second floor, the master bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV & DVD, and gorgeous shellstone bath complete with soaking tub and double vanity. Off of the master, enjoy lounging on the beautiful terrace overlooking the private pool, with views of Central Park and Caliza Pool just across the street. The guest bedroom, a similar layout to the first floor bedroom, features a queen size bed with full private bath. Also upstairs, the children’s bunk room has a twin-double bunk bed, cute children's reading area, changing table and full private bath. Lounge on a hammock on one of the two private terraces or take a walk up the spiral staircase to the viewing tower and check out the unobstructed views of the Nature Preserve and Central Park.

The detached guest suite features a king sized bed and sitting area, full bathroom with soaking tub, wet bar (refrigerator, ice machine and coffee maker), gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and gorgeous views of Central Park.

This is a pet friendly home. Small, courteous pets are welcome. We offer daily bike and beach chair rentals at our concierge office.
