Event Will Showcase Original Works by Artist David Hansford

Alys Beach, Florida – (December 12, 2007) – Locals and visitors are invited to enjoy a special tour of Alys Beach's courtyard homes on Friday, December 28th from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The evening event will feature tours of the town's pedestrian paths and of Alys Beach's new "Resource Center"—a museum-quality exhibit that celebrates the area’s natural habitat.

The tour will feature several brand new courtyard homes, one of which has been fully furnished to demonstrate the broad range of interior possibilities at Alys Beach.

"The home could be the 1940s setting for a Bogart and Bacall tryst in northern Africa," said Susan Bohlert Massey, the home's interior designer.

Open to the public, the December 28th event will also feature live entertainment, delicious food, fine wines from around the world and original artwork by artist David Hansford of Atlanta and Jacksonville.
