Tom Dodson Named as New Vice President of Sales
Alys Beach, Florida - (February 4, 2010) – Alys Beach is proud to announce that Tom Dodson has joined their team as the new Vice President of Sales. With more than 28 years of professional experience under his belt, the addition is extremely significant for the resort town.

As Vice President of Sales, Dodson will be responsible for the residential sales in the town of Alys Beach and the coordination of the marketing initiatives, all with the expectation to exceed the needs of customers and valued owners and to ensure the delivery of a memorable Alys Beach sales experience.
“I am eager to both continue and further my real estate management career with a visionary community like Alys Beach,” said Tom Dodson. “I believe my residential resort management and sales skills can be utilized to their fullest in this pristine setting.”
Dodson is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Florida, a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Regional Utility Company of Walton County.
Although Dodson has worked in the real estate management arena for almost three decades, his most recent endeavors were with the St. Joe Company out of Jacksonville. He served as the Vice President of Sales for their West Florida division, responsible for the residential sales operation in Walton, Bay and Gulf counties, including the planned communities of Water Color, WaterSound Beach and WindMark Beach.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and insurance, from the University of Arkansas. He has received further training in his field from the Master Sales Institute, ACES Academy, and Graduate Real Estate Institute. In addition, Dodson has served as a facilitator for “The Customer Program” and “Integrity Selling” with Ron Willingham.
Dodson and his wife have two adult daughters and reside in Miramar Beach. In his free time, Tom can be found enjoying one of his favorite outdoor hobbies of jogging, biking, snow skiing, boating or golfing.
